OCM Turbo Release is a premium, non-staining, chemically active, highly refined mineral oil based form release coating. Formulated to provide the concrete construction forming industry with an environmentally compliant release agent for both indoor and outdoor application. OCM Turbo Release is formulated without diesel fuel; forms are ready for re-use almost instantly. OCM Turbo Release produces a smooth, void free, architectural concrete surface. VOC compliant.
General Uses
OCM Turbo Release will aid in the release of the form from hardened concrete on the widest range of forming material. OCM Turbo Release will help eliminate the general “petroleum odor” from the commercial jobsite. Ideal for both interior and exterior concrete forming applications.

Standards
Meets the requirements of Corps of Engineers specifications CW 03101, section 2.1.2. VOC Compliant and Conforms to the Ozone Transportation Commission (OTC) guidelines for VOC regulations.
Instructions For Use
OCM Turbo Release should be applied in a thin uniform film with a sprayer, brush or roller. No special application equipment is necessary, but a spray application is the most practical. Ponding or puddling is to be avoided.
Specific applications are as follows:
Aluminum, High Density Plywood, Plastic, Steel:
2,500 sq. ft./U.S. gallon
Medium Density Plywood:
2,000 sq. ft./U.S. gallon
BB Grade Plyform:
1,500 sq. ft./U.S. gallon
Plywood & other dimensional lumber:
1,200 sq. ft./U.S. gallon
Limitations/Warning
- Refer to Safety Data Sheet before use.
- Do not over apply.
- Do not use as a bond breaker for tilt-up construction.
- Do not use on Styrofoam or latex molds.
- Do not use on plaster molds unless coated with a suitable sealer.
- Colder temperatures will increase the viscosity of OCM Turbo Release.
Contains petroleum distillates. Do not take internally. Do not breathe vapors. Avoid prolonged contact with skin. If swallowed, call physician. If splashed in eyes, wash repeatedly with clean water and call physician. Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame.
VOC content
Less than 250 g/L. Complies with USA and Federal AIM VOC standards. Do not thin or dilute.
